Subaru’s BRZ has become a victim of the current inflation trend, as prices for the 2024 model year have risen significantly. The base BRZ Premium grade now starts at $31,315, including a $1,120 destination charge. This is $1,700 higher than the pricing for 2023, which itself saw a $660 increase compared to the redesigned 2022 model.
However, the price hike is somewhat justified with the addition of Subaru’s EyeSight suite of electronic driver-assist features as standard. This includes adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, and lane departure warning, which are all valuable safety features.
The Premium grade also comes with other standard features such as a Torsen limited-slip differential, LED headlights, 17-inch wheels, a 7-inch digital gauge cluster, and a stability control system with a track mode. The digital gauge cluster includes a customizable meter that can display amps, coolant temperature, or lateral g-forces. When the track mode is selected, the tachometer switches from a conventional circular design to a linear graph.
One exciting addition for the 2024 model year is the BRZ tS grade. This model, which will be available at dealerships early next year, carries the “tS” designation, indicating that it has been “tuned by STI.” The BRZ tS features mild performance upgrades, including an upgraded suspension with Hitachi dampers, Brembo brakes, 18-inch wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires, and some exterior accents. Priced at $36,465, including destination, the BRZ tS is the range-topping grade.

Sitting in the middle of the range is the BRZ Limited, priced from $33,815.
