Tyrese argues that he was not given the opportunity to explain how it would be impossible for him to come up with the cash that quickly, citing the Hollywood strikes impacting his ability to work and make money this year.
Furthermore, Tyrese claims that the scheduled hearing was scrapped just a few days before it was set to take place, leading him to believe that Judge Farmer has a personal vendetta against him. This is not the first time that Tyrese has attempted to have Judge Farmer removed from the case. In September 2022, Tyrese alleged that the judge made derogatory remarks about his ex-wife, Samantha Lee Gibson, and belittled him during his testimony.
To support his claims, Tyrese points to a previous instance where Judge Farmer reportedly told him he thought the child support ordered in the case was appropriate and dismissed Tyrese’s concerns about his ex-wife’s financial motives, calling her a “greedy, gold-digging bitch.” Tyrese also alleged that Judge Farmer admonished him during his testimony, making him feel belittled and disrespected.
