Diddy faces a third lawsuit for purported sexual assault, with an additional individual allegedly involved in the incident. The latest legal action, filed anonymously by a Jane Doe, asserts that Diddy and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took turns assaulting her and a friend around 1990 or 1991. According to the lawsuit, the women met Diddy at a record event, where he and Hall engaged in flirtation and bought them drinks.
The complaint details that Diddy and Hall later took the woman to Hall’s apartment, where she was provided with more alcohol and coerced into sexual activity with Diddy. Subsequently, as she lay in bed, Hall allegedly entered, restrained her, and sexually assaulted her. The plaintiff claims that her friend also experienced assault by both men.
Several days later, Diddy reportedly visited the woman’s residence, expressing anger and assaulting her. The lawsuit states,
“He was irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out. Combs was searching for Jane Doe’s friend because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them.”
The lawsuit, originating in New York and initially reported by Rolling Stone, contends that the woman sought medical attention and confided in her family and friends about the incident. Notably, a previous lawsuit against Diddy was filed by Cassie the week before, including allegations of rape and human trafficking, and it was settled for an undisclosed amount the day after filing.
Regarding the second lawsuit, a representative asserted, “This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more.”
