Legal documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Rodney Jones, a former producer and videographer for Diddy, has filed a lawsuit against the mogul, accusing him of repeated sexual assault. Jones claims that he was subjected to unwanted advances and sexual assaults by Diddy and his associates, allegedly at Diddy’s direction. Among the allegations, Jones asserts that Diddy would grope his genitals, touch his anus, and even parade around naked in front of him.
Jones believes that Diddy was attempting to groom him into a sexual relationship, often downplaying the assaults as “horseplay.” He further alleges that Diddy forced him to watch a video involving Stevie J engaging in sexual activity with another man, providing a screen grab of the video as evidence. Additionally, Jones claims that a female cousin of Diddy’s girlfriend, Yung Miami, also sexually assaulted him in front of Diddy and his staff.
The lawsuit includes further disturbing allegations, such as Diddy bringing prostitutes to his Miami residence and Jones being drugged and possibly raped on one occasion. Jones also accuses Diddy of intentionally serving women bottles of his tequila and vodka brands laced with drugs at several parties. Furthermore, Jones asserts that Diddy brought underage girls to his home and provided them with alcohol, and directed Stevie J and his son Justin Combs to recruit prostitutes, including underage girls, for parties.
Jones claims that during an encounter on Diddy’s yacht, he was introduced to Cuba Gooding Jr., who allegedly engaged in inappropriate touching and groping. Additionally, Jones describes an incident involving a shooting at an L.A. recording studio, where he alleges that Diddy and Justin Combs were involved in a heated argument that escalated into gunfire, resulting in a man named G being shot in the stomach.
Despite Diddy instructing him to lie to the police and claim that G was shot in a drive-by, LAPD investigation reportedly revealed that the shooting occurred during a robbery outside the studio, with the victim seeking refuge inside while still bleeding. In addition to Diddy, Jones is suing Justin, other employees, and various record executives, seeking at least $30 million in damages.
