Huawei and Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for 5.5G strategic cooperation at Mobile World Congress (MWC) Barcelona 2023. The partnership aims to facilitate the metaverse, marking the beginning of a new phase in their existing long-term partnership.

The MoU outlines three primary areas of collaboration.
