By 2015, he had become a partner and president of the boutique agency The Talent House LA. After that, he joined A3 Artists Agency, where he worked for the past six years. Nils Larsen is renowned for discovering talent at an early age and nurturing them into some of the biggest stars of their generation. Actors like Shailene Woodley, Nick Robinson, Storm Reid, and Ross Lynch have all risen to fame under his guidance. Larsen’s career began when he created Elements Entertainment at the age of 23. After eight years, Elements was acquired by Principato-Young Entertainment, now known as Artists First, where Larsen spent six years. He later joined Management 360 in 2017 and eventually launched Integral Artists, a full-service management and production company, three years later.
