Kim Zolciak is facing yet another lawsuit, this time from Bank of America, for allegedly failing to pay more than $50,000 in bills. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Kim had a $50,000 credit line with B of A, which she maxed out, resulting in a balance of $56,224.07 due to interest and penalties. Despite receiving demands for payment, B of A claims that Kim has not made any effort to settle the outstanding debt.
This lawsuit adds to the mounting financial troubles for Kim and her husband, Kroy Biermann. Recently, Kroy lost a court case against BMW over non-payment for a Rolls-Royce, and a judge ruled that he must return the $400,100 SUV to the car company. Additionally, the couple has been ordered to pay approximately $230,000 to Simmons Bank for defaulting on a home equity line of credit. Kim has also been sued by SAKS/CAPITAL ONE for $156,080 for failing to pay her credit card bill, and by Target for $2,400 for defaulting on her credit card.
Meanwhile, Kroy has not escaped financial troubles either and was sued by Sky Warrior for a $52,500 gambling debt incurred during a bad run at a casino in the Bahamas. In addition to these legal battles, the couple has also faced the threat of foreclosure on their Georgia mansion.
It seems that creditors have been resorting to legal action to press the couple to settle their debts, creating a growing pile of financial and legal woes for Kim and Kroy. With this latest lawsuit from Bank of America, their troubles continue to escalate, and the couple faces mounting challenges in resolving their financial issues.
It’s clear that Kim and Kroy are in the midst of significant financial strain, as they continue to grapple with multiple lawsuits and mounting debt. The couple’s once lavish lifestyle appears to be catching up with them, as they face legal actions from a growing list of creditors. Their financial and legal battles are a stark contrast to the public image of opulence they have portrayed in the past.
