She maintains that she wants the D.A. to publicly acknowledge her side of the story, emphasizing that she fell and hit her head after Porter abruptly woke her up following a night out. According to her account, Porter never physically assaulted her, despite the accusations.
It was initially reported that Porter had hit Gondrezick multiple times and put his hands around her neck, resulting in a fractured neck vertebra and a laceration above her eye. However, it was later revealed that the neck injury was not caused by Porter, as it was pre-existing.
