Le Bristol Paris is set to offer a unique and luxurious experience for guests this winter with the launch of the first-ever Dom Pérignon dining room. The exclusive culinary experience, a collaboration between executive chef Eric Frechon and Dom Pérignon’s chef de cave Vincent Chaperon, is designed for a select group of two to six guests and will be available from November 27, 2023 to February 18, 2024.
The experience begins with a bespoke “bulle,” or bubble, that has been created to encompass two distinct sections: the prelude and the main act. Guests will embark on an immersive journey in the bar, where they will have the opportunity to indulge in cuvées that are typically only offered by the bottle, now available by the glass. These exquisite champagnes will be accompanied by a carefully curated selection of small bites, elevating the tasting experience to new heights.
Following this tantalizing introduction, guests will move to the elegantly set dinner table for the main event. Here, they will be presented with an exclusive menu that has been meticulously paired with Dom Pérignon champagnes. The culinary delights include caviar de Sologne accompanied by Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013, and pan-seared wild turbot with white truffle paired with Dom Pérignon Vintage 2004 Plénitude 2 cuvée. The experience reaches its crescendo with the serving of black truffle crème glacée complemented by a hazelnut emulsion and gianduja chocolate, presented alongside a final glass of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2002 Plénitude 2 cuvée champagne.
This exceptional gastronomic journey is an exclusive offering and will be available only by reservation. The Le Bristol Paris and Dom Pérignon experience can be enjoyed at Le Bar by Dom Pérignon, located in the Palace Garden, from Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 6 p.m. Guests are encouraged to make reservations in advance to secure their place at this one-of-a-kind dining experience, subject to availability.
In addition to this extraordinary dining experience, Le Bristol Paris continues to impress with its ongoing commitment to luxury and innovation. The hotel has recently unveiled new design collaborations, further enhancing its reputation as a leader in the luxury hospitality sector. This dedication to excellence extends to the wider industry, with the introduction of Hôtel Des Grands Voyageurs and the debut of three new hotels in Paris by Minor Hotels, adding even more options for discerning travelers seeking the ultimate in luxury accommodations.
