LeBron James and Maverick Carter’s production company, The SpringHill Company, is expanding its team with the appointment of Geraldine Pamphile as executive vice president, international. Pamphile joins The SpringHill Company from blockchain start-up Lamina1, where she served as chief business officer. Prior to that, she held leadership positions at the NBA and Trace, a French media group focused on urban culture and music.
During her time at the NBA, Pamphile led international business development and played a key role in driving revenue for the league in the Asia Pacific region. She then relocated to the New York headquarters, where she continued to contribute to the league’s global content and media distribution strategies.

Pamphile holds an MBA from the University of Hong Kong in collaboration with Columbia and London Business School. She also has a master’s degree from the Institut Supérieur de Commerce de Paris. Additionally, she completed the Business of Entertainment, Media and Sport executive education program at Harvard Business School.
