A representative for the city of Rockwall, Texas, confirmed to TMZ that Mitchel’s case was dismissed. However, no reason was given for the dismissal. As previously reported by TMZ, Mitchel was arrested in August after Rockwall PD responded to a call at a hotel. The call alleged that the actor was acting belligerently and had stolen something from a food market. Hotel staff demanded that he pay for the product, but he allegedly became verbally abusive. When law enforcement officers found him outside the hotel, they concluded that he was under the influence.
Additionally, officers discovered outstanding traffic warrants in his name and decided to arrest him on multiple charges, including public intoxication, theft (under $100), expired registration, failure to display a driver’s license, and violating a promise to appear notice.

Mitchel Musso denied the allegations against him, stating in an interview with EW, “I was absolutely not drunk or drinking, and there was 100% no theft.” He added, “It’s unfortunate, it’s a misunderstanding.”
