Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer has identified Kimberly Hoffman, 49, as the victim in a tragic murder/suicide that occurred in Little Egg Harbor Township on July 29, 2023. The suspect has been identified as Ms. Hoffman’s ex-husband, Carl Schulz, Jr., 52, also of Little Egg Harbor Township.
