The Hollywood Reporter has recently announced the winners of their 2023 New York Power Broker Awards. These prestigious awards honor some of the top real estate agents in New York City, recognizing their sales achievements and marketing prowess. The winners were chosen from the elite agents featured on The Hollywood Reporter’s annual list of New York’s Top Real Estate Agents, which is based on an agent’s total sales volume and their work with celebrity clients.
Among the honorees is Patricia Vance from Douglas Elliman, who sold a remarkable $74 million condo at the Aman New York last year. Other notable winners include Deborah Grubman from the Corcoran Group, whose star clients include Hugh Jackman and Rupert Murdoch.
The 2023 New York Power Broker Awards, presented in partnership with The Society Group, are awarded in six competitive categories: Stratospheric Sale, Penthouse Sale of the Year, Agent of Historic Architecture, Rising Star, Media Maverick, and Philanthropic Impact. The winners were announced on June 27, with two awards, Team of the Year and the Philanthropic Impact Award, previously announced.

This award recognizes agents who excel in deals involving venerable residences. Ferrara and Orrigo’s recent deals include the sale of a red-brick townhouse in TriBeCa built in 1907 and a condo project inside a restored maritime hotel in the West Village dating back to 1898.
