Four Seasons, in partnership with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd. and Fincantieri, is making significant progress toward the launch of Four Seasons Yachts. This collaboration brings together a remarkable group of partners, including entrepreneurs Nadim Ashi and Philip Levine, who have a bold vision for this exclusive yacht experience, and the luxury hospitality expertise of Four Seasons.
According to Alejandro Reynal, President and CEO of Four Seasons, the establishment of Four Seasons Yachts is a crucial part of the company’s growth strategy and strategic vision. The goal is to capitalize on new opportunities and offer immersive luxury experiences that set Four Seasons apart. The inaugural yacht, set to debut in late 2025, aims to deliver a world-class Four Seasons experience both on land and at sea, characterized by the exceptional personalized service that guests have come to expect.
The first vessel in the Four Seasons Yachts fleet will feature 95 suites with bespoke design elements. The aim is to create an atmosphere that seamlessly connects guests to the sea and their surroundings, removing any barriers. Each suite will have spacious terrace decks, ranging from 100 square feet for the deluxe suite to nearly 5,000 square feet for the expansive Funnel Suite. The Funnel Suite, which will be the largest accommodation on the yacht, will span four levels and offer over 9,500 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor living space. It will include a private wading pool and dedicated spa area, providing a luxurious home away from home.
The Funnel Suite will also feature pioneering design elements, such as floor-to-ceiling wraparound curved glass windows. These windows, comprising the largest contiguous piece of glass at sea, will offer breathtaking 280-degree panoramic views. The engineering behind this glass feature is truly remarkable, with a steel web frame support structure and exceptional double glass thermal performance. The glass alone for the Funnel Suite costs a staggering $4.5 million, highlighting the commitment to innovation and luxury on Four Seasons Yachts.
Another notable design innovation is the unique onboard transverse marina, which provides guests with easy access to water sports activities and adventure. This cutting-edge marina design features expansive openings on both sides of the yacht, offering large platforms and tiered lounging decks. It maximizes light and sea views, creating an immersive experience that celebrates the magnificence of the sea. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy private and exclusive sailing, snorkeling, and windsurfing, while an elegant lounge area with a stylish bar provides panoramic ocean views.
For those who prefer to relax poolside, the yacht’s canoe-aft deck will feature a 20-meter pool, one of the largest at sea. This area will serve as a central hub for guests, fostering a sense of community and leisurely enjoyment. The pool is designed to be quickly emptied and converted into a multifunctional space for various events, such as performances, fashion shows, and weddings. This innovative hydraulic lift design draws inspiration from the classic Christina O yacht, renowned for its pioneering features.
To ensure an exclusive and personalized experience, priority access to reserve Four Seasons Yacht voyages will be distributed by invitation only. This exclusive distribution approach acknowledges and rewards loyal Four Seasons guests and valued travel partners for their commitment to the brand. A dedicated private client service division has been established, comprising a team of personal yacht consultants who specialize in fulfilling guests’ unique requests. These consultants will use high-touch and high-tech tools to manage demand and provide customized service. Priority access options for the inaugural season will be available through appointments.
The inaugural season, scheduled for 2025/2026, will feature extraordinary yachting itineraries in the Caribbean during winter and spring. The yacht will then return to the Mediterranean to explore iconic destinations such as the French and Italian Rivieras, the Adriatic coastline, and the Greek Isles. Each journey will last approximately seven days, with the possibility of combining back-to-back voyages for a total of 21 days. The itineraries will cover 33 countries, with 137 unique destinations and 76 late-night evenings and/or overnights. Four Seasons is also developing unique pre-and-post yacht hotel and overland programs to enhance the overall experience.
In summary, the collaboration between Four Seasons, Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd., and Fincantieri is paving the way for an extraordinary yacht experience with Four Seasons Yachts. The inaugural vessel, set to launch in 2025, will introduce innovative design elements and luxurious amenities. The priority access distribution approach ensures that loyal guests and valued travel partners can enjoy the unique offerings of Four Seasons Yachts. With exceptional itineraries in the Caribbean and Mediterranean, guests can look forward to unforgettable experiences on the seas.
