Hailing from Hawaii, artist Jana Ireijo is about to make a splash in both the art and marine worlds with her new dynamic NFT collection, “Vanishing Murals: Hawai’i Ocean.” This collection aims to support Fish Pono – Save Our Reefs, a Hawaii-based initiative dedicated to the restoration of the state’s coral reefs. The fundraising event will begin on October 25 at 6 pm Hawaii Standard Time.
Trained in fine art, Jana Ireijo has used her skills to hand-paint each design on canvas before transforming them into a CryptoArt collection of 60 dynamic NFTs. The proceeds from the sale of these NFTs will provide financial support for Hawaii’s oceans.

Mark Cunningham, an ambassador for Fish Pono-Save Our Reefs, has joined forces with Jana Ireijo, along with Alohi Kai Jewelry by The Sea, Kōkua Sun Care, and artist Nadia Fairlamb, to create a collective effort towards marine conservation. The NFT packages offered in the Vanishing Murals collection come in three tiers: Super Collector, Collector, and Supporter. The Super Collector tier includes a dynamic NFT and the original hand-painted canvas for approximately $929. The Collector tier offers the NFT and a limited edition print for $418, while the Supporter tier provides the digital asset alone for around $201. Once a Vanishing Murals Hawai’i Ocean NFT is minted, the ownership information will be stored securely on the Ethereum blockchain.
