A person documented their covert infiltration of the secluded Bohemian Grove, an exclusive all-men’s retreat nestled deep in California’s redwood forest, emulating a stunt previously carried out by Alex Jones of Infowars over two decades ago.
Shared on YouTube last week, the video showcases the individual circumventing security measures by approaching the Grove through a nearby waterway using a kayak.
“The plan is to infiltrate the site and see what’s going on,” the unidentified man tells viewers before embarking on his mission, adding, “I want to see the owl statue.”
Bohemian Grove is an annual, private, all-male gathering where prominent politicians, businessmen, and celebrities engage in discreet interactions away from public scrutiny. Adhering to the motto “Weaving Spiders Come Not Here,” members are explicitly instructed to keep club activities confidential.
Acknowledging Alex Jones’ prior infiltration, the individual cuts to footage from Jones’ documentary, “Dark Secrets Inside Bohemian Grove,” where the radio host captured concealed footage of a peculiar pagan ritual, the Cremation of Care, conducted in front of an owl statue.
Once on the Grove grounds, the infiltrator explores various opulent recreational and kitchen facilities before reaching the site of the Cremation of Care ritual. There, they make a surprising discovery—the infamous owl statue is hollow.
After successfully completing the infiltration, the individual manages to return to their kayak and exit the Grove property.
It remains to be seen whether the infiltrator’s identity will remain confidential, and whether they will face any repercussions for their citizen journalism conducted in the public’s interest.
