Shocking surveillance video has surfaced showing Samuel Haskell Jr., the son of former Hollywood super agent Sam Haskell Sr., enlisting several men to remove heavy bags from his home in Tarzana, CA. This ominous video, obtained by TMZ, was recorded on Tuesday, Nov. 7 and is now a key piece of evidence in the investigation into the disappearance of Haskell’s wife, Mei Haskell, and her parents.
The chilling video begins at 3:54 PM as Haskell, wearing a white shirt, waves down a blue moving truck to stop in front of his home. Two men are then seen lugging what looks like large, black garbage bags down the driveway and leaving them on the pavement. Minutes later, two other men are seen loading a second garbage bag into the bed of a white truck. Haskell then walks away from the group back up his driveway before two of the men get in the blue truck and the white truck drives away with the bags. Haskell waits for 7 minutes before driving away in his white Tesla at 4:08 PM, heading in the opposite direction of the truck.
The men hired by Haskell, who were asked to move what they were told were bags filled with rocks, later reported to NBC4 in L.A. that they became suspicious when they discovered the bags were soft and soggy. Upon pulling over to inspect the bags, they found human body parts in one of them, including a belly button. They then returned the bags and Haskell’s money to his home. Surveillance video at 4:15 PM shows the white truck returning to Haskell’s house, where the men meet him in the driveway to exchange money before driving away again.
These men, realizing they had witnessed something gravely disturbing, immediately went to the police to report what they had seen. This report led to Haskell’s arrest on the evening of Wednesday, Nov. 8, after a dismembered body was found earlier that day in a dumpster more than 6 miles away from Haskell’s home.

Following the discovery, police went to the neighborhood on Tuesday night to interview Haskell’s neighbors and inquire about any garbage bags left in his driveway. Blood was found at the Haskell home, and evidence leads investigators to believe a murder was committed there. While the remains have not yet been identified, the prevailing theory is that they belong to Mei Haskell and/or her parents, who are both missing.
The elder Haskell, a former Hollywood power player, has represented stars like George Clooney, Dolly Parton, and Kirstie Alley and is now president of Magnolia Hill Productions.
