The upcoming live-action adaptation of the popular video game franchise, Home Sweet Home Rebirth, has announced its key cast. The talented lineup includes Michele Morrone, known for his roles in 365 Days and Subservience, William Moseley, famous for his roles in The Chronicles of Narnia saga and The Royals, Thai-Norwegian actress and model Urassaya Sperbund, and K-Pop/K-Drama star Alexander Lee. The feature is currently in production in Bangkok, Thailand.
The project is being helmed by filmmaking duo Alexander Kiesl and Steffen Hacker, with visuals provided by their German visual effects house Unexpected in partnership with YGG, the Thai VFX/animation/gaming company. The producers of the film include Dean Altit, under his Altit Media Group banner, and Pakin Maliwan, under Thailand-based Film Frame Productions. Tanat Juwiwat and Saroot Tubloy of YGG, and Kia Jam are executive producing the film.
Home Sweet Home Rebirth follows the story of Jake, played by Moseley, a cop who finds himself in an alternate realm called “The Hindrance” during a deadly mall shooting. With the help of a mysterious Novice Monk, played by Lee, Jake must race against time to save his wife, Prang, played by Sperbund, and stop the evil occultist, Mek, portrayed by Morrone, from opening the Gates of Hell. The film is based on the survival thriller video game of the same name, which has sold over 1 million units worldwide and has become a hit on YouTube and Twitch with streamers receiving more than 370 million views of gameplay across both platforms.

Since the introduction of the original game in 2017, the franchise has continued to grow and develop, constantly offering the most exciting and engaging storytelling to gamers.
In addition to their roles in the film, the cast members have strong representation in the industry. Morrone is represented by CAA, Ascend Artist Representation, and Gang, Tyre, Ramer, Brown & Passman; Moseley by CAM, IAG, Untitled Entertainment, and Ginsburg Daniels Kallis; Sperbund by Luber Roklin Entertainment and Gang, Tyre, Ramer, Brown & Passman, and Lee (UKISS) by Tango Music Korea.
